Export your fixed asset register

Export your Fixed Asset Register when you need a CSV copy for analysis, sharing, or records. Use Export CSV from the register toolbar so the file reflects the rows and columns currently in view.
If you want only a subset of assets, apply Filters first. Exporting while a filter is active will export the filtered view, not the full register.
Before you export
Open the Fixed Assets Register.
Check whether any filters or grouping are active.
Make sure depreciation has been recalculated if you changed settings in Depreciation Configuration.
Export the register
Select Export CSV.
Save the file to your computer.
Open the CSV and confirm the expected assets, values, and dates are present.
Common issues
Filtered results: clear active filters if you need the full register.
Outdated totals: export after recalculating depreciation if rates or settings changed.
Wrong task: Rollover starts a new period, and Audit Report creates a formatted report. Neither one exports the register as CSV.
For year-end close, review Rollover first. For period summaries, use Audit Report.
