How to share your fixed asset register

You can share a CSV, or send a PDF to anyone that you'd like to share your fixed asset register with. Alternatively, you could share read-only access to the fixed asset register.

How to share access to a fixed asset register

• Login, you should be taken directly to your 'My Tools' page.

• On this page you will see one or more cards. Each card represents a tool, or fixed asset register, that you have created.

• Alongside the tool's name there are 3 icons. They are edit, share and delete. Click the share icon, it should be the icon in the middle (three dots that form a triangle).

• Enter a password. There is no way to recover this password, so make sure you note it down.

• Click the dropdown 'Link Expires' to choose how long you want fixed asset register to be accessible.

• The tickboxes at the the bottom are all selected by default. Untick if there is anything that you don't want the recipient to have access to.

• A 'Share Link' box will be displayed. This is the link that will provide access to whoever you want to access this tool. You can highlight and copy the link, or click the icon at the end of the block to copy the link. The password is displayed again, and for the last time. Share the link and password.

• After the period you selected access will no longer be available via the link you shared. For further access you would need to follow this process again.
